Please be aware that we are moving to SystmOne clinical system.  We are starting our transition on 10th August 2015.   We hope this will cause minimal disruption to our patients.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PATIENTS USING THE ONLINE SERVICES

The vision online website will temporariily cease from 27th July 2015.  From this date you will need to request repeat prescriptions by posting or by bringing into the surgery.  You will also no longer be able to book on line appointments and will need to telephone or present at the surgery to book your appointment.  From the 25th August 2015 we will have a new, on line services address .  You will be issued with a new password along with the website address, which can be collected from the surgery after 25th August, please could you bring ID with you for security purposes.   

THE 2014-15 PATIENT GROUP PROGRESS REPORT IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR READING.  PLEASE LOOK UNDER THE HEADING "PATIENT GROUP"

This surgery will be closed on the following afternoons so our doctors, nurses and staff can attend training events.
