Patient Group Minutes

Patient group meeting minutes are now published for December 2015 and February 2016. These can be found on the right hand side of the home page under the section called 'Patient Group' and then within the 'Patient Group Meeting Minutes' tab

Named Accountable GP for all patients

All our patients now have a named accountable GP.  The named accountable GP is responsible for patients’ overall care at the practice.  If you would like to know who that GP is please contact the surgery.   If you have a preference as to which GP you would like as your named GP, the practice will make every effort to accommodate this request. 


THE 2014-15 PATIENT GROUP PROGRESS REPORT IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR READING.  PLEASE LOOK UNDER THE HEADING "PATIENT GROUP"

This surgery will be closed on the following afternoons from 1pm so our doctors, nurses and staff can attend training events.
